The hotel, a Georgian Mansion house, is situated on the golf course with the Old Course first tee only 60 yards away, and The Glens Course first tee only 200 yards away.
The golf courses compliment each other well. The Old Course is a true championship golf course having hosted The Scottish Youths Open Strokelay Championship and also The Scottish Amateur Strokeplay Championship.

Letham Grange is located just north of Arbroath on the A92.

The hotel has 21 bedrooms and there are a further 20 bedrooms in the accommodation annexe adjacent to the main building.
